Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using ReplyRight, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. ReplyRight is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Singapore.

What ReplyRight does

ReplyRight is an AI-powered tool that generates draft responses to Google reviews. The responses are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and posting any reply under your business's name.

We do not guarantee that generated responses will achieve any particular business outcome, improve your search ranking, or satisfy any specific reviewer.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at [replyright@hotmail.com] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Each account is for a single user. You may not share your account or use it on behalf of multiple businesses under different owners without a separate account for each.

Free tier

Free accounts receive a limited number of response generations per month. We reserve the right to change the free tier limits at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant reductions.

Paid plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again, and no partial refunds are issued for unused days in a paid period.

If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. Access to paid features may be suspended until payment is resolved.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ReplyRight to:

• Generate responses that are defamatory, harassing, or unlawful
• Impersonate another business or person
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security controls
• Probe, scan, or test the security of our systems
• Use automated scripts or bots to generate responses at scale outside of our API (if offered)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Your content

You retain ownership of the review text you submit and the responses you choose to post. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of generating a response for you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the review text you submit and for any response you publish. Do not submit content that contains personal data of third parties beyond what is necessary for the response.

No warranty

ReplyRight is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, ReplyRight will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to lost profits, reputational harm, or costs arising from posting an AI-generated response.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or SGD 50, whichever is greater.

Changes to the service

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice before discontinuing the service entirely or making changes that materially reduce what paid subscribers receive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top and notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of ReplyRight after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
